Church Creek Pottery

Our hand thrown pottery is mainly made of stoneware although some is of porcelain.  Both are a joy to work with and have their own special characteristics.  As in the name stoneware has a more stone look to it. The porcelain has its own velvety smooth look.   

We have pieces ranging in all different sizes.  I like to use several different glazes.  You will see them each in there own, and/or mixed.                                                                 

Hand Thrown Stoneware Pitcher:

Works great in the summer for ("The South's) famous iced-tea or Lemonade...  to warm mulled cider.  It will keep everything ice cold or wonderfully hot.

Dishwasher/ Microwave safe.  No Lead.
